Our new home offers excellent transport links and a host of amenities designed to support a positive and balanced work lifestyle

We've moved to a new office space, occupying more than 40,000 square feet across two floors of the landmark ONE Station Hill development, in the heart of Reading town centre. Relocating from our previous location on South Oak Way in Green Park, our employees will benefit from the development’s position as a vibrant and connected ‘live-work-play’ destination.

Located directly opposite Reading railway station, our new UK home offers excellent transport links and a host of amenities designed to support a positive and balanced work lifestyle. The 8th floor benefits from a private outdoor terrace, while the building offers a range of facilities including a fitness centre, cycle storage, and an onsite cafe, restaurant and bar.

Together with architect and construction partners HLW and Overbury, every aspect of the new space has been thoughtfully designed to reflect our contemporary approach to work, blending formal and informal spaces to foster collaboration and connection.

The interior design has been curated to showcase and celebrate our portfolio of iconic food and drink brands – including Walkers, Pepsi MAX, Quaker and Doritos – with vibrant artwork installed across both floors. One of the office’s main social spaces features a 24 foot-long mural designed and hand painted by local artist Kev Munday, who also co-created the illustration for the illuminated Station Hill murals.

As well as being an all-electric building using air source heat pumps and extensive smart building technology, ONE Station Hill targets BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ certification, a Platinum ‘WELL’ score and an EPC ‘A’ rating.

Jason Richards, General Manager, PepsiCo UK & Ireland, commented:

“The move to ONE Station Hill marks an exciting new chapter for PepsiCo UK, while reaffirming our commitment to Reading as our long-standing UK home. The extensive modern facilities, both on the floors we’re now occupying and throughout the building, have enhanced the whole office experience for our colleagues and inspired more collaborative ways of working. The building’s sustainability credentials were also a key factor in our decision to relocate, as they reflect PepsiCo’s ambition to reduce our environmental impact as the business grows.”

Peter Knight, Managing Director, Overbury, said:

“We were delighted to work with PepsiCo and their wider team to achieve their aspirations for an inspiring and sustainable office space. We are proud to have provided the PepsiCo employees a space to connect, collaborate and innovate, within a beautiful office environment.”

Bronte Turner, Senior Principal, HLW said:

“Working closely with PepsiCo, our ambition was to create a future‑forward workplace that reflects both the energy of the brand and the way its people work today. The new space at ONE Station Hill reimagines what a modern workplace can be, offering flexibility to support everything from focused individual work to creative collaboration and social interaction. The design incorporates PepsiCo’s brand, culture and values throughout the space, including features such as a Chef’s Table for culinary pop‑ups and experiences.”
