We’re proud to announce that our Reading office has achieved WELL Certified™ Platinum, the highest level of certification available under the WELL Building Standard. The certification was awarded by the International WELL Building Institute in September 2026.
Located at ONE Station Hill in central Reading, our UK office spans more than 40,000 square feet across two floors. The workplace has been designed to provide a range of spaces for focused work, collaboration and social interaction, while bringing PepsiCo’s brands, culture and values to life throughout the building.
Directly opposite Reading railway station, the office also offers strong public transport connections, building amenities and a private outdoor terrace, supporting a flexible and connected workplace experience for our employees.
Putting people at the heart of our workplace
WELL is a performance-based certification system focused on how buildings and organisations can support people’s health and well-being. Our Reading office was assessed across ten areas: air, water, nourishment, light, movement, thermal comfort, sound, materials, mind and community.
Features contributing to the Platinum certification include enhanced air quality and ventilation, drinking-water quality, daylight and lighting strategies, ergonomic workstations, cycling and changing facilities, and measures supporting acoustic and thermal comfort. The workplace also incorporates low-VOC materials alongside mental-health and employee-support programmes.

The achievement follows a sustained focus throughout the office’s design and delivery, with decisions made to support employee well-being and secure credits across the WELL framework.
To achieve certification, the office underwent testing and an independent final evaluation to confirm that it met WELL Platinum performance requirements.
This recognition reinforces our commitment to creating a great place to work and provides a benchmark for how we approach future workplace projects across PepsiCo.
