For the 15th year in a row, we’ve been named as one of the Times’ Top 50 Employers for Women - a unique feat that no other company in the UK has achieved.

The annual list is assessed by a team of gender diversity experts from Business in the Community, part of Prince Charles’ Responsible Business Network. The scheme recognises organisations that are committed to promoting gender equality, diversity and inclusion.

“Inclusion and diversity is a huge focus for us here at PepsiCo and we're proud of the vibrant culture created by enabling people to bring their whole self to work. But we can always do more so we're currently working towards our goal of having gender parity in all management roles by 2025.

“We're proud to be leading the way in gender diversity and inclusion and are continually developing programmes to accelerate women's careers, focusing on how we can educate and inspire everyone across the business to bring their best self to work.

One of our key achievements over the last year has been the growth of our employee-led group Thrive which now has over 200 members. The group aims to support women in achieving their career growth ambitions by helping them to find their unique leadership style and bring their best self to work every day. By educating and inspiring both men and women across PepsiCo, the group hopes to drive change across the company and beyond.

Business in the Community’s Times Top 50 Employers for Women list is the longest running and most widely respected award for employers committed to achieving equality for women at work. This year the bar was set especially high.
