Here we outline all of our environmental pledges and our key achievements to date.

Our first ever Environmental Sustainability Report published in 2008 outlined a number of public commitments promising short-term action and long-term transformation of our business and our impact on the environment.

Water Water is essential to life - for drinking, washing and farming - it is important that we understand the impact of the water we use and discharge, and minimise our water intake Climate change The earth's climate is changing, with unpredictable weather events, droughts and storms causing serious consequences for our consumers, supply chains and business.

Waste & packaging Society is using the Earth's resources much faster than they can be replaced. To play our part in addressing this, we will reduce our use of unsustainable energy and materials, and send less waste to landfill Sustainable supply chain Since the majority of our environmental impact lies outside our four walls, we are acting as an agent for change and collaborating with our supply chains to minimise our overall environmental impact.
