The Walkers Retailer Champions initiative has been developed to showcase and reward impulse retailers who are following leading category advice and growing their sales of Crisps & Snacks. We are offering retailers the chance to win a share of £11,000 to donate to a local charity or community project and the chance to win free stock for their stores.

Terms and Conditions for 'Share in the £11,000 Community donation' Initiative
Retailers can enter on-line at www.pepsico.co.uk/trade/walkers or by post - please send entry applications/entry forms to Freepost RSB-ZUAA-YRKA, Walkers Retailer Champions c/o Cirkle, The Spiral, 1 Wycombe End, Beaconsfield, Bucks HP9 1LZ.
Completed applications/entry forms should cover all of the following sections (as it appears on the form):
1) Actions you have taken from the advice given
2) Changes you have made in-store
(with before and after pictures to show how you have improved the layout/range in your store)
3) How your sales have been impacted
(where possible provide sales data such as epos or if not available please explain how sales have grown)
By entering the initiative consent is given for Walkers to use all details and images submitted in PR and Marketing materials.
All entries received between 1 April 2009 and 30 September 2009 will be entered into the initiative.
All requested details must be provided. Any entries deemed incomplete or incorrectly completed by Walkers Snack Foods Ltd will not be entered into the initiative
Walkers Snack Foods Ltd decision on entry forms and winning retailers is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
Charitable donations
Two monthly winners will each receive £500 to donate to a local charity or community project.
The two overall winners will receive an additional £2,500 to donate to a local charity or community project.
The donations can be used to support a wide variety of charitable or local community
Projects and good causes.
Some examples that retailers could consider include:
• Funding for local charities and good causes such as hospitals, hospices or air ambulance
• Building a play area
• Painting a classroom or community centre
• Creating a garden area or clearing a common
• Learning support materials and books for schools
• Retailers can also ask their customers to give suggestions for local donations.
All charities and projects nominated by retailers or their customers must be approved by Walkers Snack Foods Ltd in advance of donations being made
Walkers Snack Foods Ltd reserves the right to reject any charities and projects deemed unsuitable.
Walkers Snack Foods Ltd decision will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
The judging process
Judging will take place every month, between April and September 2009.
Judging will be based on stores who are most improved in CSN category management.
Walkers Snack Foods Ltd will notify monthly winners within 14 days of selection each month between May and October 2009.
The 2 overall winners will be notified on a date to be announced in November 2009
The judges decision will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
Terms and Conditions for 'Win Free Stock' Initiative
5 retailers will have a chance to win 5 cases of product each every month from April to September 2009. For full details click here

Draws will take place on the 28th of each month between April-September 2009.
5 winners will be drawn each month at random from all the entries received in each month from April to September 2009.
Only 1 entry per retailer per month. Multiple monthly entries are not allowed.
Winning retailers/stores will not be eligible to re-enter the draw.
Winners will be notified in writing within 30 days of the draw being made
