Walkers is proud to launch its exciting Retailer Champions initiative. Developed to showcase and reward impulse retailers who are following leading category advice and growing their sales of Crisps & Snacks - Walkers Retailer Champions gives independent retailers the chance to receive a share of £11,000 to donate to local community projects.
Every month between April and September 2009, 2 retailers will be nominated by Walkers as stores of the month. Each winner will receive £500 to donate to a local charity or community project of their choice. See below for June's winners.
As well as monthly rewards, all winners will be invited to a VIP reception later this year, where 2 overall winners will be announced and each receive an additional £2,500 to donate to their local community. To take part, all you need to do is show us how you have implemented the category advice and grown your sales.
Using sales data, photos and any other supporting information we'd like you to demonstrate the following:
1) Actions you have taken from the advice given
2) Changes you have made in-store (with before and after pictures to show how you have improved the layout/range in your store)
3) How your sales have been impacted (where possible provide sales data such as epos or if not available please explain how sales have grown)
