Tropicana launches new summer flavour, Orange & Lemon.

Tropicana, the UK's No.1 juice brand* is adding some zest to the Not From Concentrate (NFC)* category this summer with a sensational new citrus blend - Orange & Lemon. New flavours remain primary drivers in the NFC category, spearheaded by market leader Tropicana (+21%)** and this refreshing new variant is expected to accelerate this growth while providing juicy profits for retailers.

Tropicana's tasty Orange Creations flavours, launched earlier this year, proved popular with existing customers, but also delivered 60% incremental sales to the category***. The Orange & Lime variant is already top of the crops, going straight in as Tropicana's fifth best seller**** and Tropicana expects to replicate this success with its new Orange & Lemon variant.

Tropicana is also launching the popular flavour Ruby Breakfast in a 1.5 litre format catering to the consumer demand for bigger volume and better value. Ruby Breakfast is Tropicana's No.1 selling flavour (after orange) with value sales of £7 million in 2009******. This is a must stock for retailers as part of their take home portfolio.

Tropicana is being supported by a multimillion pound marketing campaign throughout 2010 which includes; advertising, on-pack promotions, digital media, PR and experiential. Retailers should capitalise on this activity by stocking a range of Tropicana products.
