GDA stands for Guideline Daily Amount and is the amount of a nutrient that can be consumed in a day and remain consistent with healthy eatiing guidelines. %GDA information on front of pack is a guide to the contribution a portion of that food makes to the guideline daily amount for each of the nutrients featured.
