Joanne Averiss

Joanne Averiss is Vice President of Law for PepsiCo Europe Sector, with legal responsibility for PepsiCo UK's businesses and PepsiCo's franchise businesses in Europe.

Joanne joined PepsiCo in 1990 and has held various legal positions covering the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa. Prior to her current role, Joanne was VP of Law for Frito Lay in Europe.

Joanne is PepsiCo's nominee director on the Board of Britvic plc, our UK bottler.
