Kostas Massalas

Kostas Massalas is the Chief Personnel Officer for PepsiCo UK & Ireland.

The role leads and supports a team of 92 based throughout the UK & Ireland. Kostas is also accountable for HR leadership for Europe Sector Research & Development, as well as the UK Region.

Prior to his current CPO role, Kostas was the HRVP for PepsiCo's Eastern Europe Region based in Moscow - Russia.

Kostas Massalas joined PepsiCo in 1995 and has held various roles internationally including senior HR positions covering all major categories across Beverages, Snacks and Juices. Since the formation of the Eastern Europe Region, Kostas was assigned the role of the Region's HRVP covering all PepsiCo businesses and JVs and led the integration of major acquisitions from a HR and cultural transformation standpoint.
