New Walkers Sensations Szechuan Spice

Walkers Sensations is celebrating the Orient in the countdown to the Beijing Olympics, with the addition of the delicious new flavour, Szechuan Spice, to the range of 'posh crisps'.

Walkers Sensations Szechuan Spice captures the unique mixture of sweet, sour, aromatic and fragrant for which Asian cuisine is famed. Combining the intensely aromatic taste of ginger, zesty lemongrass and fragrant coriander, a dash of soy sauce and a warming kick of chilli, Walkers Sensations Szechuan Spice is a crunchier potato crisp
bursting with irresistible flavours.

Walkers Sensations Szechuan Spice, available in 40g (RRP 43p) and 175g sharing bag (RRP £1.49), will be in all major supermarkets and selected independent retailers from April 2008.

Walkers Sensations are available in a range of 8 indulgent flavours: Caramelised Onion & Sweet Balsamic Vinegar, Gently Infused Lime & Thai Spices, Oven Roasted Chicken with Lemon & Thyme, Sea Salt & Cracked Black Pepper, Thai Sweet Chilli, Vintage Cheddar & Red Onion Chutney and new Szechuan Spice.

Walkers Sensations crisps are made using SUNSEEED(r) oil, one of the healthiest oils there is, meaning same great taste but 60% less saturated fat than in 2006.

Walkers Sensations are also available as Oriental Crackers, a light and crispy bite sized snack made with tapioca and cassava, Poppadom Bites, a light and crispy bite sized snack made with traditional gram flour with flavours inspired by the foods of India and Corn Chips, a light and crispy corn chip made using the finest stone ground corn with poppy seeds.
