Pepsi UK plan to reshape the cola category, by encouraging more consumers to make a savvy switch to its no-sugar drinks. Central to its plan is the launch of a new single-serve, 600ml bottle format across its no-sugar portfolio. The Cupar plant in Fife, which manufactures Quaker Oats for the UK, stopped sending any waste to landfill at the end of September. All waste from the plant is now diverted from landfill and reused or recycled. It joins the four other PepsiCo UK sites that are also now zero landfill. Read more »

PepsiCo is supporting the Food Standards Agency's campaign to lower the level of salt consumed in the British diet. In addition to supporting the FSA's salt roadshow by encouraging consumers to sample products that are lower in salt, PepsiCo is dedicated to reducing the typical levels of salt found in our products. We've already succeeded in removing 150 tonnes of salt from the UK diet in 2009 alone. Read more »
