Scott's Porage Oats announce partnership with Scottish Rugby Union
This month Scott's Porage Oats will be launching three new limited edition packs that will feature some of Scotland's top rugby stars - Chris Paterson, Thom Evans and Ross Ford. The three athletes will be temporarily replacing the iconic Scott's stone putter on the front of the pack as part of Scott's new partnership with the Scottish Rugby Union.

The new packaging designs celebrate the partnership between Scott's Porage Oats and the Scottish Rugby Union as the build up begins ahead of Scotland's 2010 Six Nations campaign which kicks off on 7 February against France at Murrayfield. Chris Paterson, Thom Evans and Ross Ford have been photographed in action-poses wearing kilts and team shirts and will each feature on their own pack design.
Sean Summers, Scott's marketing director comments: "Scott's Porage is quintessentially Scottish so we are excited to be partnering with the Scottish Rugby Union to help them to achieve victory in the 2010 Six Nations campaign.
"The Scott's packaging has always celebrated Scottish sports and the new packaging celebrates the very best of today's Scottish rugby talent. We will be supplying the players with unlimited quantities of
Scott's oats to make sure they are properly fuelled for success."
Gordon McKie, Chief Executive, Scottish Rugby Union, comments: "The National rugby team is entering an exciting chapter. We're delighted to have Scott's Porage on board, supporting our team. We are looking forward to some colossal Murrayfield battles in 2010 Six Nations."
Chris Paterson comments: "I grew up eating Scott's Porage Oats so it's great to be involved in the new partnership. And it was great fun being involved in creating the packaging; I just hope people can handle staring at me first thing morning!"
Scott's is Scotland's most popular traditional porridge and contains 100 per cent wholegrain, making it a good source of fibre.
