Quaker collaborates with Department of Health's Change4Life
Quaker partners with Breakfast4Life to produce 'Good Breakfast Guide'.
20 October 2011
Quaker has partnered with the Department of Health's Change4Life sub-brand, 'Breakfast4Life' to help drive home messages around the importance of breakfast as a healthier start to the day.
Quaker has produced a 'Good Breakfast Guide' (available as a download below), which will be handed to 30,000 shoppers throughout 100 Morrisons stores in October.
Consumers will be given the opportunity to sample the Quaker Oats so Simple for Kids range, which contains 25% less sugar than adult OSS flavours, and will be given a leaflet which provides supportive advice on the different foods that can help us all get a healthier start to the day.
The leaflet provides healthy suggestions for making breakfast both at home and on the move, and is set within the context of the Department of Health's 'Eatwell Plate', which helps to establish a balanced approach to healthy eating.
The Good Breakfast Guides will also be integrated into the PepsiCo Health and Wellness programme for its 5,000+ employees.
