PepsiCo win Team of the Year Award at Everywoman Awards 2010
The Team of the Year Award was won by Jane Burkitt, who leads our Supply Chain team. The team were recognised for being the best transport and logistics team led by a woman.

We are proud to be known as one of the workplaces where woman want to work, not just in our corporate and marketing functions, but also in our factories - workplaces traditionally reserved for men.
The MAN Everywoman in Transport & Logistics Awards, now in its third year, recognises exceptional women who work in these fields - celebrating their successes and achievements. Jane Burkitt, Supply Chain Planning Director, and her team won the Team of the Year Award for being the best supply chain team led by a woman.
Through giving female role models the platform to highlight their achievements, the Awards hope to encourage more women into non-traditional industries - breaking down barriers and pre-conceived ideas along the way.
Jane Burkitt comments:
"At PepsiCo we have a very well balanced supply chain team in terms of gender and this is something we want to shout about to challenge others to achieve the same. We have proven that women can be successful in this industry and we want to encourage others to join as we are living examples that it is a great career option regardless of gender."
The Awards ceremony took place in May where Jane was on hand to discuss their achievements in person.
